With more than 25 years in the construction industry, our founder built SVSVC the way he builds everything — from the ground up. Years spent on live sites, around machines and programmes and the people who run them, shaped the operating principle the company still runs on.
That principle is why the company's client list reads the way it does. Larsen & Toubro, Auro Realty, Aurobindo, KEC International, Kalpataru — organisations that measure partners by delivered programmes, not promises, and that have kept coming back for a decade.

How we work
We keep our own machinery and our own operators, and we plan every mobilisation against the client's programme — because excavation sits at the start of the critical path, and nobody downstream can begin until we finish. Safety is not a section in a tender document; it is how a site earns the right to keep running.
We are a family-run company, and it shows in the best way: the person who gave you a commitment is the person accountable for keeping it.
